Victoria & Associates was the first to pioneer on-site management of temporary employees in South Florida. For volume staff in larger companies, we provide daily support and manage the temporary work force as an extension of your human resources team.
This option service provides an on-site Victoria & Associates coordinator to:
- Coordinate the placement of all candidates
- Provide replacement employees for scheduled temporary associates who fail to report to work for illness or other reasons.

- Counsel employees on conduct, attendance, tardiness, and productivity
