Payrolling

Victoria & Associates provides a payrolling service for clients who have recruited their own employees and, for various reasons, do not want to place them on the company's payroll.

By funding your payroll for these employees, we are responsible for payroll taxes, federal and state unemployment taxes, workers' compensation, 941 reports, W-2s and 1099s. In addition, we provide employees with a full benefits package at no charge to you. Benefits include:

  • Paid 40-hour vacation for each 1500 hours worked within the most recent 52-week period
  • Six paid holidays annually after 960 career hours worked for employees who work the week of the holiday
  • Life and health insurance at group rates

Optional Services

Victoria & Associates offers the following optional services for an additional fee:

  • Background investigations
  • Drug testing
  • Outplacement
  • Human resources consulting
