The Interview Process

Victoria & Associates temporary employees truly are quality people. They have to be in order to pass our rigorous screening and testing procedures. In fact, from mailroom clerks to accountants, less than 10% of Victoria & Associates applicants are hired to represent our company.

The selection of our employees begins with their initial phone call and our interview process, which comprises:

  • Appointment-to complete application and skill evaluation tests
  • Application Analysis-to highlight experience, employment gaps, education, training, references, and personal data
  • Evaluation-to test skill level and comprehension
  • Interview-to confirm application information, verify communication skill, and assess personality
  • Reference Check-to verify applicant's past performance, attendance, professionalism
  • Orientation-to discuss mutual expectations
  • Substance Abuse Policy Acknowledgement-to be signed by all applicants before they are hired

Using the QWIZ Evaluation System, a PC-driven program developed especially for the temporary employment industry, employees are tested in five distinct service areas. Evaluations are automatically administered, timed, and scored.
