Employment Eligibility Verification Policy

Victoria & Associates complies with all the requirements of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986-Public Law 99-603 which became effective November 6, 1986.

It is our operating philosophy and intent to only refer placement candidates, employ temporary employees, and staff personnel who are legally authorized to work in the United States.

It is the responsibility of all managers, supervisors, and branch personnel within Victoria & Associates to ensure full compliance with the verification and record-keeping requirements of the law. All Victoria & Associates staff members are required to observe these procedures without exception.
